Article 1 Scope of Application

This agreement applies to the relevant terms and conditions when users use the paid services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by our company. Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to this agreement.

Article 2 Service Content

The specific content of the Service shall be as published within the platform. We reserve the right to adjust the content without prior notice.

Article 3 Fees and Payment Methods (Automatic Renewal Terms)

Fees may vary depending on the payment method used (Apple ID / Google Play / Credit Card), so please refer to the payment screen. Unless otherwise provided by law, refunds generally will not be made. Also, prices may fluctuate due to campaigns, etc., so please check the actual price on the purchase screen.

Automatic Renewal Rules: The Service will automatically charge 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. The renewal price is based on the standard price at the time of purchase.

Article 4 Permanent Card Special Provisions

After purchasing a Permanent Card, it will not be affected by subsequent price revisions.

Exceptions:

・Termination of service operation

・If the user violates the terms of service and the account is suspended

Article 5 Explanation Regarding Refunds

If you cancel or withdraw during the paid plan period, you may receive a partial refund based on the following calculation formula.

【Calculation Formula】Refund Amount = Customer Payment Amount - Number of Months Used (if usage days are less than 1 month, rounded up to 1 month) × 1 Month Plan Fee (pre-discount amount) - Handling Fee 800 JPY

Exceptions: Refunds for weekly plans cannot be made as the refund amount would be less than 0 JPY.

The Permanent Card is a one-time purchase product and is generally non-refundable. However, the following cases are excluded:

・Accidental Purchase Application: If no member benefits have been used within 24 hours of purchase

・Malfunction due to System Error: If functions cannot be used normally (proof required)

・Service Operation Termination: Proportional refund based on remaining value

Article 6 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Method: Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the original purchase channel.

・iOS Users: From Apple's "Report a Problem" page

・Android Users: From Google Play order claims

Effective Date: Member functions can be used as usual until the end of the current subscription period.

Article 7 Prohibited Acts

The following acts are prohibited:

・Sharing or reselling accounts to third parties

・Reverse engineering or modification of the Service

・Other acts that violate the rules of this platform and laws and regulations

Article 8 Disclaimer

We are not responsible for functional restrictions caused by the network environment.

We reserve the right to adjust the service due to force majeure.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.

Article 10 Amendment of Agreement

This platform reserves the right to change this agreement, and changes will be announced via in-app notifications.

Supplementary Provisions

This agreement shall come into effect on September 18, 2025.
